Agreement to terms
Any client placing an order with BrittanyWebsites will be deemed to have read and agreed the terms and conditions detailed on this page.
Refusal of order
BrittanyWebsites reserves the right to refuse any order, or request for work, for any reason without explanation.
Quotation
Prior to starting on any work, BrittanyWebsites will agree with the client, both a price and a timeframe for delivery.
Payments
The agreed fee will be payable within 30 days of invoice date.
Credit for the design
BrittanyWebsites reserve the right to place a small credit and link back to www.BrittanyWebsites.com at the foot or side of each page of the client's website.
Delivery
Whilst all efforts will be made to deliver work withing any agreed timescales, BrittanyWebsites can not be held responsible for any delays due to third parties or clients not providing information or materials.
Hosting
All websites designed by BrittanyWebsites shall be hosted by 1and1.fr. BrttanyWebsites can not be held responsible for the services provided by 1and1.fr
Ownership & Copyright
All rights of ownership of the website will transfer to the client at the point of payment of the invoice. Copyright of any third party software or images used at the clients request can not be transferred and will remain with their owners.
Limitation of liability
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of operating the website or use of the internet however this may be caused.
Privacy
All information supplied by the client or gathered by us through our website is treated as confidential and will not be passed to any third party other then when this is required by an authorised law enforcement authority. BrittanyWebsites will only use any information we hold to help with creation of your website or to contact you regarding business issues.
